The Role

In this role, you will be supporting EMCS management with all aspects of the project, in particular the administrative requirements of the temporary worker’s (interim’s) life cycle.

Duties

  • Handling all administrative processes relative to onboarding and off-boarding of interims from pre-selection to post-termination
  • Support management with absence management records and performance appraisal documentation
  • Updating & maintaining all other HR records and the HRIS (Talexio)
  • Collecting, verifying, calculating and entering data relative to Time & Attendance in preparation for payroll
  • Communicating with interims mainly via email or calls and assist management with one-to-one meetings
  • Data-inputting, mail-handling and issuing/processing any documents or reports as required
  • Assisting management with any other tasks relative to this project as the need arises.
